Mindfulness & Meditation
Brandi Matheson, RYT200, Qualified UMASS, and MBSR Instructor, teaches yoga, mindfulness, and mediation classes at Re.Pose Therapy. With over twelve years’ experience in the mental health, and as certified MBSR & Yoga Teacher, Brandi has a deep understanding and compassion for human suffering. Over the past six years, Brandi has had extensive training in both movement and mindfulness meditation practices, which she believes it at the heart of healing individually and healing together.

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION: The Healing Power of Stillness – Each class includes an opening and ending practice, a talk, and a discussion. This class is on Mondays from 6-7pm and costs $45 for 4 weeks or $15 for drop-in.
MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION : Awake Together – Studies have shown that people who practice mindfulness see improvements in relationship stress, communication, intimacy, and overall happiness.
Starting September 21st. This class will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Note: Orientation is on the 21st and will run from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
