Monday Mindful Moment
Monday is the start of the work week for many. It's often met with lots of hustle and bustle. We typically move quickly into tasks without a moment to pause or reflect. I am grateful for this reminder for a Monday mindful moment. Whether it be spending 10 seconds to feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Maybe it's taking just a few deep slow breaths and feeling that sensation in your body. Perhaps it's smelling a calming or grounding essential oil, such as doTERRA's Peace oil blend.
