I was drawn to become a counsellor because of my deep-felt love for people and my desire to see people grow into their fullest potential. I believe that change is hard but possible, and I am continually encouraged by the profound strengths and resources that each individual possesses. My passion is to journey with others to bring awareness and open the door to possibilities so that change and growth can occur. My hope is that those who I have the opportunity to work with are able to find a safety to be heard and to be known through the therapeutic process.
I am currently in my third year of the MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at ACTS Seminaries and am continually drawn to new learning opportunities that will enable me to serve my clients better. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and work from systemic and attachment-based theories. My hope is to partner with and support my clients as they learn more about themselves and journey towards change.
