Yoga for Embodied Self-Compassion

(Fridays; 9:30 – 10:45 am) taught by Carolyn
Pre-registered series are pre-paid and are in 6 week segments.
Each series is intended to facilitate connection to your body through practicing grounding exercises, movement with breath and holding shapes that ask you to notice the different parts of your being.
Each series is accessible to all levels with adaptations to experience less or more sensation in each shape. All classes will have elements of movement with breath as well as restorative shapes.
A make-up class is also offered in the event that you miss one of the 6 classes.
