Meditation for Self Compassion Class Series / 12 pp maximum

This is your class series if you are interested in exploring the foundations of mindfulness meditation practice as a basis to cultivate self-compassion, loving-kindness and acceptance towards oneself and all beings. This is a four week series. Appropriate for all levels and all faiths.

  • Week Three- Befriending Mental/ Emotional States

  • Week Four- Befriending Your Life
