Orientation Session: Thursday, September 13th  [6:00-7:30 PM]
Course: Thursdays, September 20th - November 15th [6:00-8:30 PM]
+ full day long session on Sunday, November 4th [9:00-5:00 PM]

The group format is designed to surface learning from your own experience and other’s - proven effective in making long lasting changes. This is your group if you struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep, relationships, etc. and you’re ready to explore mindfulness and meditation as a way to access a deeper realm of well-being.

Founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an evidence based secular (nonreligious) intensive mindfulness meditation training program.
