Pre-registered series are pre-paid and are in 6 week segments.
Each series is intended to facilitate connection to your body through practicing grounding exercises, movement with breath and holding shapes that ask you to notice the different parts of your being.
"THAW: Softening to our Relationship with our Bodies through Yoga".
To thaw is to melt, to allow what has become hard and brittle in our bodies and souls to dissolve and melt. It can also be a soft and gentle way to be friendly with our bodies.
Sometimes to thaw may be a gesture of letting go and releasing whatever has held us still, rigid, frozen. Other times to thaw may be a time to break open, to unveil the parts of us that have been kept hidden in order to grow. Sometimes it's both.
