Brandi teaches yoga, mindfulness, and mediation classes at Re.Pose Therapy. With over twelve years’ experience in the mental health, and as certified MBSR & Yoga Teacher, Brandi has a deep understanding and compassion for human suffering.

Over the past seven years, Brandi has had extensive training in both movement and mindfulness meditation practices, which she believes it at the heart of healing individually and healing together.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Group / 12 pp maximum

Founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an evidence based secular (nonreligious) intensive mindfulness meditation training program. The primary aim of the MBSR program is to support new ways of learning and being far beyond the completion of the program, and into the rest of one's life. The group format is designed to surface learning from your own experience and other’s - proven effective in making long lasting changes. Since the beginning, MBSR has been at the forefront of scientific research revealing time and time again that those who practice in mindfulness based practices experience enduring sense of health and well-being. 

This is your group if you struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep, relationships issues, immune system functioning, weight management, concentration, communication, and you’re ready to explore mindfulness and meditation as a way to access a deeper realm of well-being.

This is your class series if you are interested in exploring the therapeutic benefits of mindful movement and mindfulness meditation in a comfortable 'trauma sensitive' environment. Appropriate for all levels.

Individual Mindfulness Stress-Reduction Program

This individual format is for you if you are feeling compromised and stressed and would like to take the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program but prefer the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning as you begin your wellness journey. Please note, this individual Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program follows the same structure, content and format as the group program.

This integration mindfulness mentoring package is for you if have completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and/or have an established daily mindfulness and meditation practice and would like additional/support and accountability in deepening awareness to enhance your overall health and well-being. This program is tailored to areas of your own personal healing and growth through mindful exploration and meditative practice.

1/2 Day Silent Retreats

Experience the nourishment that comes from prolonged silence and stillness in this half day mindfulness and meditation retreat. This retreat is designed for all levels and  and includes instructions and guidance throughout the day on various meditative/contemplative practices including; walking, seated/lying down, and loving-kindness practice, as well as prolonged periods of silence for deeper introspection. Time will be given before the end of the retreat to reflect and ask questions. Various props (including chairs) are available for use.
